Walk-A-Thon
Friday, September 29th, 2023
Our annual fall fundraiser is the biggest of the year. Students are asked to solicit donations from friends and family to support their school over the course of two weeks and work towards earning not only needed items for their school but also a fun activity as a reward for their efforts. Last year, the students raised so much money Dr. Labatte and Mrs. Semantel dyed their hair purple!
Donations are collected electronically through 99 Pledges and information is below on how to set up your student(s).
To add your student as a participant, please follow these 3 easy steps:

Enter your student’s name, enter your email(s), and select your student’s teacher.
Click “Add” > This will take you to your newly created pledge page!
To add an additional student, please follow steps 1-3 above.
At the end of the two weeks, students, staff and parents participate in a walk around the school grounds to celebrate the success of the event! Families are welcome to join the all school walk on Friday, September 29th from 2:30 - 3:00 pm.

Our annual Walk-A-Thon is a fundraising event sponsored by the Oak Hills Elementary PTO. This event raises money to help pay for student programs and activities such as:
I LOVE to Read Week
Supplemental Art and Music Supplies
Scholastic News
Bussing for field trips!
BINGO & STEM Nights
Teacher stipends for classroom needs
And so much more!
ALL funds raised go directly back to Oak Hills Elementary and are tax deductible.
If every classroom raises $970, we will hit our goal!
If every student raises $40, we will hit our goal!

We are holding a sponsorship drive as we prepare for the 2023-2024 school year to fund t-shirts for each of our students and staff to wear at our annual Walk-A-Thon this fall. The shirts will feature our Adventure Awaits theme and kick off the school year with friendship and fun while fundraising to support OHE. With your sponsorship, these t-shirts help us build unity throughout our school and show our OHE pride in the community.
Below are our sponsorship levels for this year's event. Should you choose to sponsor us, please kindly reach out to us via email to coordinate sponsorship information and provide payment via check or one of the electronic payment options linked below. If you have any questions about any of the sponsorship levels, would like to arrange for a meeting to discuss your sponsorship, or would like to find out more about our PTO, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your generous contribution to OHE PTO is tax deductible, and you will be provided with a donation receipt for your tax records.
